INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle [yellow tail] Pinot Grigio
- 2 ½ cups fresh apple cider
- 3 apples, cored and chopped
- 3 pears, cored and chopped
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ cup ginger brandy
- 1 cup soda water
PREPARATION
Combine everything but the soda in a container.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
When time to serve, pour over ice and top with soda water.
Garnish with some of the soaked fruit from the bowl.
