INGREDIENTS
- 8oz rump steak
- 1 onion
- 100g black bean
- 100g kidney bean
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 200g spinach
- 1 bottle of salsa
PREPARATION
1. In a pan on a medium heat gently cook your finely cut onion for 2 minutes. Stir in your spices followed by the tomato puree, sugar, and vinegar. Cook for 1 minute before adding in the beans and 200g of water. Bubble slowly until all the liquid is completely reduced.
Grab your tacos and assemble, put the beans at the bottom followed by your sliced steak. And the tomato salsa on the top.
