Very Berry Slushie

Have the coolest summer with this berry slushie.

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Pinot Noir
  • 750 g frozen berries
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre
  • Fresh berries (for garnish)

PRÉPARATION

  1. Place the [yellow tail] Pinot Noir, berries and sugar into a large blender (alternatively, do half batches in a small blender). Blend until well combined but not pulverised.

  2. Mix in the ginger ale with the blended ingredients.

  3. Pour mixture into a large freezer-friendly container and freeze for at least 6 hours.

  4. Remove from freezer and break apart. Spoon into wine glasses and garnish with fresh berries.

CREATE WITH: PINOT NOIR

Soft and velvety, with notes of cherries, red berries and a hint of sweet spice.
