- Cauliflower
- White fish
- Lime
- Coriander
- Guacamole

PRÉPARATION
Preheat oven to 200c.
Place fish on a parchment lined pan and drizzle with olive oil. Alternatively, roast the cauliflower in the oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until flaky and cooked. Alternatively, roast the cauliflower.
Whilst the fish is in the oven, dice the avocado, red onion, coriander, lime, jalapeno and guacamole.
Heat tortillas according to package directions for 20-30 seconds.
Break fish into large chunks and divide between tortillas. Top as desired with sauce and serve.
