Spiced Apple & Pear Sangria

Packed with fresh fruit and spiced with cinnamon!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle [yellow tail] Pinot Grigio
  • 2 ½ cups fresh apple cider
  • 3 apples, cored and chopped
  • 3 pears, cored and chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ cup ginger brandy
  • 1 cup soda water

PREPARATION

  1. Combine everything but the soda in a container.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  3. When time to serve, pour over ice and top with soda water.

  4. Garnish with some of the soaked fruit from the bowl.
