Roasted Sausage and Potato Tray Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • Large bunch of green beans
  • 2 mild peppers
  • 6 red potatoes
  • 8 sausages
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Chop your vegetables.

  2. Heat the oven to 200 C.

  3. Get a large pan, line with foil. Mix spices together.

  4. Add all the ingredients to the pan, coating with a dash of olive oil and sprinkling the spices on top.

  5. Cook for around 20-30 minutes, removing when cooked through.

  6. Serve with quinoa or rice.
