Raspberry Rose

Keep it sweet with this mix of raspberries & Rosé.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Rosé
  • 400 ml lemonade or lemon-soda
  • 400 g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1⁄3 cup sugar (if not using lemonade)
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 400 ml lime-soda
  • Fresh lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes (to serve)

PREPARATION

  1. At least a day before serving, combine [yellow tail] Rosé, raspberries, lemons, lemonade and sugar in a pitcher. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Before serving add the lime-soda before pouring individual glasses.

  3. Garnish with lemon slices and ice cubes.
