INGREDIENTS
- 1 head of broccoli
- Large bunch of green beans
- 2 mild peppers
- 6 red potatoes
- 8 sausages
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil
PREPARATION
Chop your vegetables.
Heat the oven to 200 C.
Get a large pan, line with foil. Mix spices together.
Add all the ingredients to the pan, coating with a dash of olive oil and sprinkling the spices on top.
Cook for around 20-30 minutes, removing when cooked through.
Serve with quinoa or rice.
