Red Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Merlot
  • 2 cups coconut cream or milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Dash of salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Marshmallows (for garnish)

PREPARATION

  1. Combine coconut cream/milk, chocolate and sugar in a large saucepan over a medium heat.

  2. Whisk and add the salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Keep whisking until the mixture is smooth and steaming, add [yellow tail] Merlot.

  3. When all the ingredients are combined and hot, remove from heat and serve. Top with marshmallows, shaved chocolate or whipped cream.
