Prosecco Pear Punch

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Prosecco, chilled
  • 200 ml of cranberry juice
  • 2 soft pears
  • 1 semi-ripened pear (for garnish)

PREPARATION

  1. Skin the two soft pears and let them simmer on the stove in a small saucepan until they’re slightly tender.

  2. Next, puree the warm pears with a blender or food processor, adding water as necessary for drinkable consistency.

  3. Once liquefied and cooled, add the pears to a jug with [yellow tail] Prosecco and cranberry juice.

  4. Pour mixture into glasses and add thin pear slices to each as a garnish.
