INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp of elderflower cordial
  • Mint leaves and lime wedge (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Prosecco
  • 200 ml soda water

PREPARATION

  1. Pour [yellow tail] Prosecco into a 1-litre jug, mixing in soda water and ice, then add a good splash of elderflower cordial.

  2. Distribute between four cocktail glasses, adding a few mint leaves into each. Squeeze lime wedges, drop them in, and enjoy!
