INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Prosecco
 - Fresh lavender sprig
 - 2 fresh figs
 - Half lemon, juiced
 - 1 tsp honey
 - Ice (half crushed, half cubed)
 
PREPARATION
Rub lavender sprigs together to release aromas before dropping them into a cocktail shaker with lemon juice and honey.
Cut one fig in half and scrape the insides into the shaker, then top with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a glass, add crushed ice and [yellow tail] Prosecco, then garnish with the remainder of your lavender sprig and fig!
